As a law partner at Abels & Annes, P.C., David focuses his law practice on helping those injured in accidents, including car crashes, bike accidents, pedestrian accidents, sex abuse cases, nursing home neglect and abuse, slip and fall claims and wrongful death cases. He has been working hard to collect millions of dollars for his injured clients over the past 15 years.

David was raised in Evanston, Illinois. He earned his BA degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1991, and received his law degree from the John Marshall Law School, Chicago in 1994. His is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Illinois.

After law school David started his career as a prosecutor in Henry County, Illinois. He tried over 20 jury trials and numerous bench trial during his time at the State's Attorney's Office. He worked on felony, misdemeanor and traffic cases.

David started helping injured people in 1997, and that has been the focus of his practice ever since. That year he joined the personal injury law firm of Foreman & Foreman, Ltd., which was re-named Foreman & Abels, P.C. several years later.

In 2005 he opened his own law office, again only working on personal injury cases. He currently handles cases ranging from those seriously injured in accidents, to those abused or neglected in a nursing facility, to wrongful death cases.
