Gary Annes
As a partner with Abels & Annes, P.C., Gary Annes has worked tirelessly on behalf of individuals and their loved ones who have been injured in the areas of auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice. He believes those who have been wronged have the absolute right to receive the maximum compensation and justice possible for their hardships, while having a trustworthy, dedicated, and skillful attorney to guide them through our complex legal system in their time of need. The insurance industry works endlessly to put up as many obstacles as possible in order to deny average citizens the compensation they are due, and Gary has dedicated himself to breaking through those obstacles and obtaining justice for his clients.
Since becoming a lawyer in 1995, Gary has handled many jury trials, as well as resolved numerous cases through the use of arbitration and mediation. He has successfully collected millions of dollars for clients throughout his career using the skill, experience and dedication necessary to succeed in today’s justice system. He is also constantly refining his knowledge and approach to mirror the ever-changing landscape of personal injury law and provide his clients with the best representation possible.
Gary honed his skills as a personally injury attorney while working with a defense firm that represented clients in a broad range of areas, including automobile, premises liability, construction, toxic tort, insurance coverage and medical malpractice in the Circuit and Appellate Courts of Illinois. He gained first-hand knowledge of the tactics insurance companies use to limit the recovery of claimants, and now uses that experience to skillfully maneuver though complex litigation and get the compensation and justice his clients are due.
